Support coordination helps you to make the best use of your supports in your NDIS plan. Support coordination is a capacity building support which can involve working to ensure a mix of supports are used so a person can maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in their community.

Role of NDIS Support Coordinator

• Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services.
• Broker supports and services in line with your wishes and plan budget, i.e. negotiate with providers to get you the right services at the best price.
• Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports.
• Resolve any problems or issues related to the NDIS or NDIA.
• Assist you in preparing for your NDIS plan review.
